Meatball Subs
1- package of frozen meatballs
2- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
3- 1 package of sliced provolone cheese
4- sub rolls
Cook the meatballs in a frying pan with a little olive oil until they are brown. Add the spaghetti sauce, turn on medium, cover and simmer for as long as you like. I usually simmer while I am prepping the sides, so around 20 minutes or so. Preheat the broiler of your oven and slice open the sub rolls halfway. Add the cooked meatballs and sauce to the rolls, top with a slice of provolone and then place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes. These are so good!
You could also make this in the crockpot to cook while you are watching the game! Just add the frozen meatballs and sauce to a crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
