Four-Ish Ingredient Recipe- Grilled Steak Salad

It’s been a while since I shared a recipe here and I will tell you why: I don’t remember to take pictures of my food while I am out to eat.
I know it’s not normal to take snaps of what you eat, but when you are a blogger, you really need to stay on top of these kinds of things, apparently.
So I actually remembered to take a picture after this meal, and that is the only reason this meal became a blog post.
This is a throw-together meal which = not having a recipe just thinking it up in the noggin.
This is also a great recipe for a night you just don’t have time to cook or in the summer when you don’t feel like running the oven.

1- Tyson steak strips (there are other brands, so use what you like. Also, I use two packages for a family of four but if you like less meat, one package is fine)
2- bagged romaine lettuce (I use bagged since for me the cost is worth the time, but you do you)
3- 1 cucumber (insert your favorite veggie here. I use what I have on hand, whether that be carrots, peppers, or cucumbers; I have even used watermelon and almonds)
4- condiments of your choice (I will leave this up to you. This is what I like to use: shredded low-fat cheddar, low-fat ranch, and low carb croutons.)

This is a meal that my kids eat up every bit. More than pizza or mac and cheese. I am as puzzled as you are, but who cares, right? It’s a lot better than those restaurant salads, and it was easy for me to make.
