I have written about Rebecca’s egg rolls many times over the past ten years. They are probably my most favorite food I’ve ever eaten. If you’ve never had them before, they are worth the effort to make. And if you live close to me, make some extra, please.

  1. These look amazing. You are right, it could be a daunting process for someone who doesn’t love to cook, but you’ve simplified it so much, even a caveman could do it. (I’m the caveman in this scenario!)
    I’d love to try my hand at these one day. I don’t think I mentioned it before, but Lindsay’s boyfriend (In New Zealand) is of Filipino descent; Linds says they have the best food when they visit his parents.
