Goodwill Find- My Rolling Kitchen Island. Take THAT Constipation Hardware.

A Grace Full Life

I don’t know if I still have this table. We last used it in 2018 for Anna’s graduation party for beverages, like a rolling bar cart. But I haven’t been down in the storage area of the basement to organize for a while. Even with all this time we have, I just haven’t been motivated like some of you. Also, it’s not like my basement is massive and it could be hiding in corners AND I am down there every other day to run on the treadmill.

I am pacing myself for a long haul and I think you all are way more optimistic than I am. So I will have to check to see if “Timmy” (story to come in the post) is still down there. Next week……

  1. I’m dying.
    Timmy made me say that.
    I like your final decision.
And I like that you call soda—-pop. Pop is so much fun to say.

This post is gold. I love that you created something so useful from something definitely haunted.
I admit I’ve purchased quite a bit from PB; only when on sale, but I do love their furniture.
Fortunately, we don’t have a constipation hardware in my town; I’ve looked at stuff online, but it’s really overpriced. I love home goods cause you can find some interesting pieces at low prices; knock offs of both PB and CH.

  2. I’m not feeling like I have much ambition to get anything done either. I keep thinking up thing we could do– repaint Alec’s room, swap out his flooring, clean off the patio and pull out our summer furniture.. yet each day goes by and nothing gets done. I feel like it’s all I can do to keep on blogging, reading, or even tackle a puzzle. So much of my brain power is spent trying NOT to think about everything that is going on in the world right now that I feel perpetually exhausted. I hope you find Timmy!

    1. I just saw an infographic about why we are so tired and it makes sense with all that we are doing mentally to get through each day.
You are doing more than enough. The organizing closets etc. can wait for next month. 🙂
