What I Kept | May 2022

I’ve been working through some heavy feelings lately. I have been struggling to write a proper post. I found this quote in my soul homework the other day and I liked it.

“It takes courage to tell the truth about how we feel, especially since we don’t ever really know how it will be received…but opening ourselves can also be a gift to others…it invites them to do the same.” -Tara Brach

I don’t have the courage to talk about how I feel right now, but I do have the courage to share some things I’ve found instead. I guess that will have to do for now.

If you’re also working through something, I hope that anything I share here can help you.

This is what I kept on my phone during the month of May to help me. See you in June.

Every week, I look forward to this blogger’s post. I felt like sharing it in this post about healing because it seemed to fit.

Human + Nature is an exhibit at The Morton Arboretum in Lisle, Illinois, which is a suburb of Chicago. This spring, we plan to go. If any of you are going to do the same thing, message me and let’s meet up.
